I gravitate toward the hardest problems a company has. A customer escalation nobody can untangle, an operational breakdown everyone has learned to work around, a system that's been broken so long people forgot it was supposed to work differently. Whatever it is, I'll solve it.
For the past six years those problems have lived in revenue operations and GTM systems: Salesforce orgs that fight their users, forecasting nobody trusts, pipeline data that can't answer basic questions, handoffs that drop revenue on the floor. I spent those years at a RevOps consultancy, progressing from Salesforce Consultant to Head of AI Solutions, architecting GTM systems for dozens of growth-stage companies along the way.
Before consulting, I founded and ran a custom menswear business for eight years, serving 500+ clients internationally. I implemented Salesforce myself because I needed it, which is still the lens I bring: systems exist to serve the business, not the other way around.
In the last few years I added a new layer: AI agents I design and build myself, in production, doing real operational work. The AI is what makes the systems scalable; the years of RevOps pattern recognition are what make it useful.
